DRYING
BY CONTRACT
In quimica barquim we also offer the service of drying
by contract, for this purpose, we have a modern drying
plant, equiped with a spin flsh dryer with a capacity
of 7 tons per day, it is completely made of stainless
steel, and is ideal for drying wet cakes, pastes, slurryes
and crystals, which are usually hard to dry in other type
of dryers.
The material is fed by means of a conveyor with speed
variator to a vertical drying chamber, where it is air-heated
and at the same time it is cracked by a smasher, specially
designed, then, the dry powder is collected in a cyclone
separator and in a bag filter.
